Please feel free to check out the List Of Schools that we currently have available for 24 hour online, secure ordering. You can then select your school from that listing and follow the prompts to place your order.


How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by going to the Contact Us link and completing an online customer service request. You may also contact Customer Service directly by calling (800) 837-4235.


What is the standard delivery schedule for orders?

Jewelry orders will be shipped within two (2) weeks from date of order. In-stock watches, or fashion jewelry items will ship within 3-5 days of order placement. Custom made championship rings and school rings will be shipped 6-8 weeks from date of order. If an order contains both jewelry and in-stock item(s), allow two (2) weeks for delivery. If the requested in-stock item is out of stock, you will be contacted with the approximate scheduled ship date. If an order contains custom rings and other items, the ring will be shipped separately once it has completed manufacturing.


How will my order ship?

All orders will ship via FedEx Ground or US Postal Service for P.O. Box addresses.


How much will I be charged for Shipping and Handling?

Our standard shipping and handling fee for all orders is $10.00. Expedited shipping is available on the ordering site for an additional fee.


Why do you charge tax online?

All orders are subject to state and city tax as required by law due to our Company's business presence in all 50 U.S. states.


What credit cards do you accept for payment?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.


How do I change my shipping address?

If your order has already been processed or shipped we will not be able to change the shipping address. For status of your order go to the Contact Us link and complete an online customer service request. You may also contact Customer Service directly by calling (800) 837-4235.


How do I locate the Sales Professional for my school?

You can locate the Sales Representative for your school by visiting our Herff Jones Sales Representative Locator. Once there, input the state, city, school name and product. This will give you the name of your sales representative, as well as their contact information.


What is the difference between 10K, 14K and 18K gold?

The difference between 10K, 14K and 18K gold is the percentage of "pure gold" in your ring.


Can I order Platinum?

Herff Jones does not offer platinum jewelry.


What is the order cancellation policy?

All orders that are cancelled more than 3 days (72 hours) after order receipt date are subject to a 25% cancellation fee, up to a maximum of $50.00 US. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.


What is your jewelry warranty policy?

All Herff Jones pieces carry a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. You may return defective merchandise within thirty days for full credit or replacement.

Please send the product via a traceable and/or insured method to the address below within 30 days of shipment. In addition, be sure to complete a Merchandise Return Form and include it with a copy of the invoice with your return package. Ship jewelry to:

What is your watch warranty policy?

All watches carry a two year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship and can be returned for repair at no charge. Straps, bracelets, and crystals are not covered under the warranty. Watches that have been damaged or abused will be subject to repair costs plus and a shipping charge of $9.00 which must be sent with the watch for repair. Customers will be contacted with an estimate of repair cost if the repair is not covered under warranty. Normal wear is not covered under the warranty. Please be sure to complete a Merchandise Return Form and include it with a copy of the original invoice with your return package. Return watch to:

Does the Herff Jones Lifetime Warranty cover loss or theft?

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover the loss or theft of Herff Jones product.


Can I order other Herff Jones jewelry items?

At this time, the jewelry assortment has been determined by the Barnes & Noble corporate office. Please contact your bookstore if you would like to order additional items.


What is the return policy?

Product returns must be made within thirty (30) days of the ship date for reasons unrelated to a quality defect or incorrect item. Returned products are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of order value, less shipping and handling fees. Custom-made products are not returnable; this includes all rings and any other non-stock jewelry items. Customer is responsible for any postal or shipping charges incurred in returning the product to Herff Jones.
